Hi Everyone,
I'm using Dynamics 365 Sale - version 9. I have a few questions that need help:
1. How to add new stage on process when i create new Opportunity
2. Customize probability value of sales stage and auto-complete after next stage in process.
Tks!

#1 - You can modify the Business Process Flows through configuration within Dynamics 365. Microsoft provides a good guide here: [View:https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/sales-professional/customize-business-process-flows:750:50]
#2 - You can set your Opportunity probability value based on the stage in the Business Process Flow by using a Business Rule. Example steps below...

Can you please verify answer if this answered your question? Thanks!
Hi Drew,
Today i had configured my Opportunity Process, auto set probability value based on the stage in the Business Process Flow by using a Business Rule.
But when i create new Opportunity, Input data to form and next stage but value probability can not auto set.
I dont know why? Can you please verify my config and help fix that.
Please make sure the Probability is showing on the form or the business rule will not fire. I just verified and it works as expected but you need to be displaying the field.
Thanks!
Drew
