Lets say, I have a Employee Portal running on production instance associated with my account on Dynamics 365. I have different developers working on the development of same Employee Portal. So, we need to have several copies of source code onto different local machines/IDE's during the development.
Would it be possible to clone the source code of Employee Portal onto the local machine/IDE ?
If not possible, what are the other ways that developers can get full-featured solution?
as Nadeeja already wrote the current version of the Portals is a available only as SaaS model
But, we have the option of cloning source code in Adxstudio Portals. Similarly, we should have it Microsoft Dynamics 365 Portals too as Adxstudio Portals has all the required developer features which Microsoft bought it.

Portal add-on for Dynamics 365 is a SaaS product and source code is not available. You need to provision multiple Portals add-ons on possibly different Dynamics 365 instances. For short term development, you can use a 30 day trial instance.
