Dears,

Error Message: 
Stopped (error): X++ Exception: Failed to create a session; confirm that the user has the proper privileges to log on to Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations.

Could someone help me to solve this issue?

    Hi,
     
    Approval going to the user doesn't have access to D365 F&O environment, I guess.
    Try to import that user from AD and then try again.
    Also please confirm this is related to D365 FO - So I can move to that forum.
    Next time you post please see that and post.

    Dear Girish,

    I have checked the accessibility of the user to the system, and he has access. 
    yes, it's related to Dynamics 365 F&O. Actually this is the first time I posted here, next time I will post on the right forum.

    Hi... Can you check if all the users who should approve are available in Azure AD. This error usually pops up when one of the approvers is not available in Azure AD(ie the user was created manually).

    for this error the solution we found is
     
    s1: check who are list of users who will get the workflow for approval 
    s2: one or more of them users must be inactive in AD hence the error 
    solution : disable that user in D365 FO who is inactive in AD.
