    Hello Jorge,

You are correct. It is not possible to set regard multiple emails at a time with the App for Outlook. The only real good way to do this at this time would be to use Categories.

You can submit a Product Suggestion to our Product Group via this link with your Business Use Case scenario:

    Thanks,

    Thanks Tyson for your reply.

It's a very limited funcionality to be honest, do you know of any MS post/link that confirms that?

    Thanks

    Hello Jorge,

There is no MS post or link that confirms. But an email must be selected in order for the App for Outlook to interact with the email. This is pretty much confirmed by the fact that if you do not have the reading pane enabled, the App does not recognize that an email has been selected or opened and you can't open up the App for Outlook. So the same holds true that you can't select multiple emails to track or set regard at once.

As mentioned above, you can look into opening up a Product Suggestion with the Microsoft Development Team to see if this can be implemented into a future release.

    Thanks,

    Tyson
