How to pay Customer Account Deposit on POS in other than Store Currency

My store currency is USD but customers are allowed to deposit in their accounts using multiple payment modes. i.e. customer can deposit in USD as well as EUR.

'Pay Currency' is not supported for account deposit. so any help for standard or workaround to cover this scenario is highly appreciated.
