Job Registration - Clocking out creates a Job Card

Hi all,

I'm setting up our job registration process and whilst testing have come across an issue that I can't resolve.

I can log into job registration, I can log some hours onto a production order, but when I Clock Out it automatically creates a Job card journal on the Production order (and posts)

When I then go and calculate, approve and transfer the users hours it then submits another job card journal to the production order (and posts) is this right as I would expect the journal and the posting to only happen after the supervisor and finance have approved the hours?

What I need it to do is
