I'm working with a client to upgrade to SL 2018 CU5. Right now we're in the testing phase, using RDP to connect to the server.
I've got one user who, when trying to access some customized screens, receives a 20406 VBA error. They also cannot run reports as ROI is not invoking properly. We created a new network user with their same network permissions and SL permissions. That user was able to access the screens and run without issue.
Thinking that the problem was perhaps corruption in the user, I deleted the login from SL and deleted the corresponding SQL user in SQL server. I then recreated the user, and ran Sync Ownership, all to no avail.
Has anyone else seen this, or have suggestions on where to go next?
Thanks!
