Open position not showing on my team information tab

Hi,

I'm wondering, why my team information tab not showing the open position on direct report to see the extended direct report.

I remember it used to showing the open position too when it still on dynamics talent/human resource.

Am I missing a setup? please advice.

Hi Kenny,

It is found that if you want open positions to appear in the list, please note that positions must have an activation date of today or earlier, and they must not have a current worker assignment.

The list considers the worker assignment as of today. Any position that has a future-dated worker assignment will continue to appear in the list. However, after the effective date of the worker assignment is reached, the position will be removed from the list.

Hi Kenny,

Unless the positions assigned to any active or new worker you can't see those positions under My team information -> Positions. Assign any worker to those open positions to appear (Blue box).

You can setup same HR parameter as below picture.

Hi Kenny,

It is found in the related document that The Position tab provides a summary view of employees (anyone you have assigned the position) in their primary position. Name, tile, and department displays in the heading area of each tile.
