Converted contact receive e-mail only once

  1. I have created a Marketing Form and published it on our external website
  2. I have created a journey that sends a response email when contact filled in form

What am I doing wrong when the same contact converts multiple times via the same form but only received the first email?

    Hi PEROLL,

    A converted contact will only receive marketing email once from a customer journey, which is by design.

    If you would like to send contact marketing email multiple times in each time of submission,
