While not specific to this procedure, the DBMS: 17 is usually indicative of synchronization/update issue with the forms/reporting dictionary files.

Try manually synching the dictionary files and see if that doesn't resolve the error message.

Something else to try would potentially be recreating the stored procedures (I usually just recreate them all if I am having problems with one of them.) This has solved some random errors for us in the past and we seem to have one or two clients that always have a problem with it after an update.
