Error during creation of an issue in Dynamics 365 Help.

Hi,

I am trying to create an issue from Dynamics 365 Help. When I try to submit the issue, I get an error message saying "An error occurred while submitting the issue, please try again later." 

I am already connected to LCS and VSTS. Does anyone have an idea what might be the reason of this error, as the message itself is not so descriptive?

    Do you have a valid business plan with which you may send support incidents to Microsoft? You may check it on CustomerSource's Voice page, in your account's dropdown menu. Here are the support plan levels and you can check which one has support incidents included:

    Hi Vilmos,

    Thanks for the response. But I am not sure if you are suggesting this as a solution of my question, or just suggesting me to raise it as support incident to Microsoft.

    The scenario I have mentioned here is a feature of Dynamics 365, where one can create any issue and submit it or assign it to a particular Visual Studio user (Developers).

    HI Amit,

    To be able to use this service, you should have the correct support plan. Are you able to log an incident via LCS issue search? Check if this works or not. Note that this support might not work if you don't have a customer source account or linked customer source with another email than your business address. Email and D365 login should match. Also your Voice profile on Customer source should be complete. This means: email address (and maybe also phone) should be filled.

    Ok now I can see that you are referring to this article:

    Maybe your setup is not correct, validate it against the article.

    My previous post was referring to the "Submit an issue to Microsoft" section in the article, which would require a business plan indeed.

    Hi Vilmos,

    The link above is no longer existed.

    I faced the same error, and dont know how to fix it.

    I connected project with VSTS and Sharepoint but I still cannot use the "Contact support" feature
