Hi Team,
I’ve created a custom AI model on AI Hub to extract information from invoices. In this model, I defined three custom fields, other i choose default field and tag field in document
Now, I’m trying to use this model in the Document Automation Application. After completing all necessary configurations, I attempted to upload documents through Outlook. However, in the field mapping section of Document Automation, I can only see the custom fields I created—none of the default (standard) fields are visible or selectable.
I need all fields—both custom and default—to be available for mapping in the Document Automation Application. Could you please guide me on how to achieve this?
