UCI Lookup View Problem

Hello All,

I have a lookup view problem but i don't know cause. My lookup view settings true. When I want to select record from lookup , I can see name field. When I selected item I can't see name field. Anyone knows why ? I added pictures. Can you help me ?

1. I was click lookup field. I can see fieldname

2. When I selected item I can't see name.

4. First lookup view field is name.
