I have created a signature field on the Bookable Resource Booking entity and placed it on a form both on the web and mobile. I have also changed the control on the form to Pen Control for both web and mobile. However on both I get a message saying "Error loading control" at runtime.

Anyone know what is wrong here?

Hi Jon,

Are all users experiencing this error? Are all forms affected?

Can you try using the control on a form from another entity?

I remember that there is one oob field--Signature on the Bookable Resource Booking entity:

Why not use it directly?

And i can add pen input control on the OOB field:
