Form to Page transformation error

Hi,

I am facing the below issue while using the Transformation Toolkit. These are the details from Tranformation.Log file.:

Error: Form -2: The element 'Properties' in namespace 'urn:schemas-microsoft-com:dynamics:NAV:ApplicationObjects' has invalid child element 'Lookup' in namespace 'urn:schemas-microsoft-com:dynamics:NAV:ApplicationObjects'. List of possible elements expected: 'Enabled, Description, Visible, Name, InstructionalTextML, GroupType, IndentationControls, IndentationColumnName, CaptionML, ShowAsTree, Editable' in namespace 'urn:schemas-microsoft-com:dynamics:NAV:ApplicationObjects'.
Error: Some input file can’t be validated by schema. Please, correct it and rerun tool again

Please provide me the proper solution regarding this error...
