Hi,
Currently, when an employee accesses "Company directory" he can see information about all workers:
How can I change this, so each employee can only see his own information? Is there another way of an employee access this information (but only his information)?

Hi Ana,
There is no option to show only the current worker. There is another form where the worker can see and potientially maintain his details. In that case, you can remove this form from the security privileges.
The company directory is intended to show colleagues with the business details. Private information can be managed using the Private location security. I wrote a blog on this feature: About the private location security in Finance & Operations and Human Resources

I appreciate your answer. I saw your blog post and the video, however, I think that's not exactly what I'm looking for.
What I mean is, is there a way of a user with Employee or Contractor role to see his own personal information (his current position, job).
If you log in with the employee role then go to Employee Self Service then you will most of the details of the employee. If you click on Edit personal details then you will see more details.

Yes, it is. However, that information is limited. I can't see, for example, my current position.
Yes, I agree. There is limited information but the current position description available just above 'Edit personal details'. If you want to see more information then you have to give more access to the employee role.
It would be great to have 'My positions' available on the ESS workspace for several reasons. I submitted an idea where you can also vote on: experience.dynamics.com/.../
In the meantime, to enable the option for your workers with only their own information, you can consider creating a Power App and embed it in your Dynamics 365 Human Resources environment.
