This may be a simple thing and I am wondering why it is not possible yet but by when will it be possible to create folders so images within the Files tab can be stored in specific folders instead of throwing them all in the same pot (using keywords is very cumbersome and not very helpful). Same for e-mails. Campaigns sometimes comprise several e-mails so it would just make sense to have the possibility to create folders, which then contain specific e-mails instead of having one long list of all e-mails, that have ever been created in the Marketing emails tab.
Great question. Our developers have made heavy investments in improving the search tools in D365 for Marketing to make filtering for the emails you need easier, however, the addition of folders is a great idea, and many other customers feel strongly about adding this feature as well. If you would like to make a feature request to have folders added to D365 for Marketing, you can submit your feature request at the link below:
D365 for Marketing Feature Requests
As other customers feel similarly to the way you do about the benefits of adding folders, I have included these two similar Ideas Forum feature requests below that have been upvoted and are currently gaining traction. You can upvote these too if you are interested, as all traction on these posts helps our developers incorporate the requested features into the product road map.
