No record found.
Hi - while configuring the Performance Management Review in D365 HR one of my team members deleted the forms that were pending my review in the workflow.
Now I am getting the Data Not Found error when I open Work Items assigned to me. I do not have the ability to delete these work items since the option is greyed out?
Can anyone help?
Hello Ian,
In order to delete these items you can navigate to System Administration --> Links --> Workflow --> Workflow history --> Then select 'All' to display all workflows and search for the work items in question. From there you can cancel/recall the workflow in order for these items to no longer appear in the list of Work items assigned to me.
As for the Data record not found, this should require a more in depth investigation. Are these performance reviews still active or were they deleted?
Thanks Alexandra,
This worked.
Yes the data record error is due to the forms being deleted using the rights available within Employee Development>Performance Reviews>Delete
Is there any way for us to restrict the employee/manager from deleting the record?
I believe there's a way of achieving this.
If you access System Administration --> Links --> Security configuration.
For the employee role you must navigate as per the next steps: Roles --> Employee --> Duties --> Submit changes to review --> HcmDisscusionSubmitter --> Display menu items --> HcmMyDiscussion --> and set delete to Deny
For manager role:
Roles --> Manager --> Duties --> Inquire into manager's direct report information --> Privileges --> View worker reviews (manager self service) --> Display menu items + --> HcmMyEmployeeDiscussion + --> set delete to Deny
