Access to send out PO to supplier

Hi,

Users cannot send out the Purchase Order to the supplier. I have checked their access and it all looks fine but it is showing with this error message:

Purchase order WM172762_N1b-1 could not be sent.

Thank you. They can now confirm the POs however by giving them purchformletter_purchaseorderProcess still does not allow the users to send it out to the supplier.

Hi KK20,

Can you elaborate what you mean with 'send'? Is this printing, email a pdf or sending out using AIF?
