Good afternoon,
Recently the Primary Contact Lookup fild stoped working. When I type, for example, my name (I have a test record of myself for these cases) nothing appears. It wasn't like this before, and It's a bit annoying to my Sales Team.
Does anyone know, either, how to restore the Lookup field, or re-program it?
Attached is an image of the "error".

From what I can see, the "Contact Lookup" field is checked.
The issue isnt on all computers though, only in a few. For example, mine was showing the lookup field just fine, and today it just doesn't work.

As an Initial Investigation you can check the properties of lookup field by navigating to settings -> customization -> customize the entities -> Select the entity and the form -> Double click on lookup field
In additional properties, just check if it shows "contact lookup"
Additionally you can also check the relationship between two entity
