Transfer of Worker to another Legal Entity

I have few workers in one legal entity and I would want to end their employment in the existing legal entity and transfer them to new legal entity. I also want their compensation, leave plan, time off requests and balances to be carried to new legal entity. Kindly advice the process.

Hi Dwarahkesh,

In the HR module under the employees there is an employment history tab available.

You can add a new legal entity engagement there.

Thanks for your response. I also want to transfer the leaves that the employee had in the old entity . How to perform that action.

You can try reassigning the employee to the original leave plan.
