I'm on a project where the Retail stores that have spotty internet so the desire is to use RSSU and CPOS rather than CPOS and a cloud-based store solution.
Has anyone actually used CPOS and RSSU in a real environment? Any feedback or real world experience? Things to watch out for?

Yes, we have been running 5 + stores with RSSU and MPOS. We started with Platform 6 which had few issues to start with. We are currently running Update 10 and the operations are very smooth and haven't had any downtime so far in the past 7 months. I wont be able to comment on CPOS as we are not using it.
