The question is about Note Section that appears on the bottom right hand side (NAV Dynamics 2015).
We Provide a lot of additional features on our products that we type on a sales order and sometimes one or two of these features get forgotten, is it possible to add a note against a customer so whenever a member for the sales team create a new sales order, the added note against that customer will appear?

Please refer the link Mohana provided and it has all the details you required to implement the functionality. If you have trouble understanding the technical implementation of it, I suggest you to go back to your NAV partner for more advise.
(In order to do any development, it is a must to have a developer license)
You just need to filter on customer and fetch the records

You need fetch Customer related records from Record Link Table used for Notes.
