Dear all,

I am wondering when i clicked on help option on top right, help option is not coming just only trace and about is coming. Is there any setting I missed? I also configured the help setting in system parameter but no success.

Hi,

I checked my test environment and found that my help button was no longer visible too. It is possible that Microsoft is upgrading this option or other operations, and you can wait for Microsoft's notice for details. You can refer to this official document: Help system (contains video) - Finance & Operations | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Learn. See if there are any settings we've missed.

My guess is MSFT is rolling out CoPilot in place of Help. This is 10.0.38, cloud hosted.

Hi,

Which environment is this ? Cloud-hosted dev box or On-Prem Dev box running Locally?
as I remember we need to do setup under https://usnconeboxax1aos.cloud.onebox.dynamics.com/?cmp=USMF&mi=SystemParameters
system parameters to get this done. As far as I know, there is no way to sync LCS BPM with the VHD deployed locally.
that may be the issue.
