Shipping Labels for Customer Pickup

I would like to understand the steps required to print a shipping label for a customer pickup from my warehouse.

I am using UPS and FedEx without an issue. When I try to setup a delivery method of Customer Pickup (CP) in my system, I am unable to find where to configure the system to pickup on that mode of delivery and generate a shipping label.

Any suggestions on where to begin?

Try to define it at Shipment Carrier level and not shipping method level

Define a new Shipment Carrier (Customer Pickup) and assign it to a document routing.
