Company Account Template - Access Query

I am trying to give access to be able to create company account templates in AX V4. For instance, Stock Management > Items > Right Click an Item > Record Info > Admin's have an two options at the bottom, 'Company Accounts Template' and 'User Template'. Where in the permissions can I grant access to these two options?

Giving full control to Basic > Steup > Record Templates - doesnt do the trick.

Any help appreciated.

Found the solution! Just need to allow view ability at the setup level in basic and admin.
