Hi Members,

Hope you are doing good in this pandemic!

I got one requirement to automate the Return Order process once the Return Feed comes to AX.

Detailed Explanation: When the Return Feed enters AX I need to automate the return Process. Now am able to create the Return Order with Sale Order also am able to do Reservation for all the Line Items by X++.

Complexity am facing is to generate the Packing slip after Reservation in Return Order through X++.

Please share your thoughts on this. Thanks in Advance.

Are you using DMF to get the XML feed into AX system ?

Hi - I think there are couple of way to achieve this,

1. you can schedule SO packing slip batch job - which pick the return order and complete the job

2. you will have to do customization
