How can I remove an additional sort field in a lookup?
A client just came to me showing an employee lookup field (Item Engineering Data form--> Design Authority) where one of the additional sorts shows Social Security Number.
Fortunately, for this client, they just moved from Dynamics GP payroll to another Payroll solution so we were able to change all the employee SSN numbers to nines. Though I couldn't find a way to remove SSN as an additional sort on the Employee Lookup.
The client that brought it to my attention was on an older version of GP, but I checked the most recent version and still see the SSN information on non payroll forms.
Suggestions?
