Resource Pool Type is missing

I'm wanting to try out resource pools but the Pool Type field is not displayed when I select Pool in the Resource Type field. I'm accessing Resources (bookable resources) from the Resource Scheduling app. I've also tried from the Field Service and Resource Scheduling Optimization apps and still the Pool Type field is not displayed for me to select a pool type. Am I required to use Universal Resource Scheduling even though I am already setup with Resource Scheduling Optimization?

Hi ASH727WRK,

All users can't see Pool Type field? or only you?

Have you checked to see if this field has been added to the form?

Go settings > Customizations > Customize the system > Entities > Bookable resource > Forms to open main form.

Check the field properties:
