Report in russian language

Hello,

I Have following problem, i have to make a report with russian captions, so in cyrillic, but they display like ????? any idea how to fix this?

I tried write with russian letters directly in report builder texboxes, but its still the same. :/

I do understand that by default everything is is utf-8 at least for my NAV, but any way to change it to unicode?

Its MS Nav 2017, W1, report builder 3.0

    Thanks, for reply, but this didn't solve my problem.

    We did install language pack, but the problem is that we need this report to be also in another language, not just Russian, but Russian works only when we change the whole windows language to Russian and the the other language shows weird symbols
