When I'm in offline mode in the Dynamics 365 Field Service mobile app I am not able to search for products.
Even when I have an internet connection, it gives an error that I don't have a connection.
It works fine when I'm in online mode.
All the pricelists, products and price list items are synced via the offline profile. Do I need to change anything else for this?

Can you share more details? Are you trying to use the global search, or are you trying to use quick find in the Products list?

I'm trying to add a work order product. I get the error when I try to look up the product. Searching in the lookup field gives the error.
This sounds like atypical behavior. I would recommend filing a support ticket with Microsoft and they can help you troubleshoot and fix.
Were you able to determine the root cause of this?
Look like we are facing at a very similar issue (screen is stuck at loading when attempting to enter a product, msg about being offline when not etc.).
Appreciate your feedback.
