An error occurred while creating the incoming email

Hello all,

This question has been asked few times already and none of the solutions that were provided have resolved our issue. Here are some of those solutions which did not work for us.

  1. Shared mailbox must have an E1 license -- The shared mailbox is not an active user so not sure why it needs an E1 license
  2. There are duplicate mailboxes in the CRM, one active and another inactive --  this is not the case for us

Has anyone found a resolution to this problem? Any help would be much appreciated
