Greeting in Chat widget (without bot)

I'm encountering difficulty setting up a greetings message in the default chat widget. When attempting to add a message to the custom automated messages of the chat channel, the /Greetings.../ trigger is unavailable.
 
I've enabled the Automated message /Greetings.../ for the required languages and Custom channel, but unfortunately, that didn't resolve the issue. The Greetings trigger is still missing for the /Live chat/ channel.
I don't use a chat bot by the way, just the default chat widget.

    Unfortunately, I'm afraid that's not possible.
     
    For the chat channel the automated message triggers are preconfigured.
     
    However, for the Greeting Message for async Channels trigger, it is not preconfigured for the chat channel.

     
    Also, the Message trigger field is not customizable and new options cannot be added.

     

     
    Therefore, this should be due to product design.
     
    But you can create a new idea through the below URL, then ask your colleagues to raise up the votes.
     Ideas (dynamics.com)
    Our product team has direct visibility of these ideas, and they will implement it on the basis of the highest number of votes received.
