Dear All,

I have customer work on GP10

today when he open any BOM conduct any modification such as add or remove items the system stops working. and no responding

and for your information the size of the company database over 25 giga beside I Kiki out all users and test on main server not the client

so any advise

Hi,

This might be a case of a misformed BOM by some user and now when you try to open one, GP hangs due to incorrect parent-child relationship between the components.

The only way to fix this is likely by using some SQL scripts to identify dups and/or item that points to the same parent component.

You may want to open a support call with MBS support as this is not something you can easily troubleshoot within a forum thread.
