Add additional default form fields to Event Portal Registration Form

We are about to create a series of around 80 training events to be held over 1 1/2 years.
Rather than create 80 individual event forms, we would prefer use a custom registration form. However, in order for us to create a process a lead, we need to add several of our standard form fields
to the OOTB event portal registration form.

These fields include MUST have fields for Lead Creation and processing:
Country
Company Name
Brand (hidden)
Product Category (hidden)
Topic (hidden)

Is there a way to include these fields to the 3 default fields that you get OOTB

I know about the custom event registration fields, these can be used and viewed in the event registration section, but im not looking for these kind of fields, instead some more default ones that will enable us to create and route event leads.

In addition, where is the Event registration Form type in RTM?

    Hi,

According to the official documentation, when you create an OBM Event, the default registration page is generated by the Angular framework, you can refer to the documentation in the link below to customize it, which of course requires you to know about the framework.

Event management web application overview - Dynamics 365 Customer Insights | Microsoft Learn

In addition, you can choose to use /Custom Registration Forms/, before using this feature you need to enable /Event registration forms/ in the /feature switch/ in the /settings area/, and then you can create a form template and add the fields you need into the template.

If you are using RTM Event and want to change the /default registration forms/, you need to add custom fields to the /Contacts/ entity. According to our test results, this form uses the fields of the contact entity.

I hope my answer is helpful to you! If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact me.
