I am facing issues while configuring the Collections in AR.
I have created the new company in demo system and configured the collection letter setup in AR with aging period definition.
While running customer aging report everything is fine.
Then I configured with customer pool and customer agent. In system administration I have added the employee to user account using relation FORM
Then I attached the collection letter in Customer posting profile and run the customer aging snapshot.
While Accessing the collections from Customer form (Customer-> collect tab). I can able to view the collection detail

BUT while accessing the collection form, The data are not fetched and I received empty form.

Steps taken: 1. License configuration checked and synchronized again. For your information: in USMF legal entity Collection form working fine.
Anybody have idea on this?
