According to the MS licensing documentation, there is no additional license required for vendors who are logging into the Vendor Collaboration module in D365. However our client requires us to create a number of customisations within the forms as well as add new functionality from supply chain entities, for example :
1. Shipment Notice input form
2. Additional fields into the PO Confirmation header and lines
3. Ability to print labels
4. A staging table for Tax Invoice registration
Question we have is , will this violate the Microsoft license that is given to an external vendor. Currently we understand these are team licenses. The licensing is very unclear about these type of customisations especially to this module.
