Hi,

I'm trying to post a budget into D365 but have got this error, albeit that the budget is a single currency (non conversion) budget:

A row created in data set BudgetRegisterEntryLines was not published. Error message: 'Write failed for table row of type 'BudgetRegisterEntryLineEntity'. Infolog: Warning: A budget rate type is not defined for the ledger. Select a budget rate type for the ledger before you record budget register entries; Warning: validateField failed on field 'BudgetRegisterEntryLineEntity.CurrencyCode'.'

Any idea where I need to update the Budget Rate Type?

Navigate to General legder > Ledger setup > Ledger Mapp exchange rate type here
