Hi all,
We are receiving 2 pallets of items eg 2 x 32, we have zones set up for items, when creating the put away, the system is suggesting putting one pallet in the correct bin and zone but is splitting the other 32qty into zones that are not correct for this item?

On the location card...... What "Bin Capacity Policy" do you have checked? If you have "Prohibit More Than Max. Cap." then NAV will fill that bin and move to the next available. You need to pay attention to the "Units of Measure" on the Item Card. Make sure the conversion from the smallest unit of measure to Pallet are correct. You may need to go into the "Bin Content" and raise the "Max Qty" to accommodate the shipment. Lastly, check your "Put Away Worksheet".
