Hi All,
We had a few reports of users experiencing issues when using AX EP. A user would be filling out a time sheets and then the screen would clear any data they may have input.
We have tried:
Various browsers
Clearing cached data
Re-installing the browser
*If they log into their AX EP on my laptop it works fine
Any suggestions as we have no fix or this.

Are these users using supported web browser versions for Dynamics AX 2012? Is the Windows client also supported? You can find the system requirements which describes the supported OS and software here: www.microsoft.com/.../details.aspx

Yes correct browser and windows. Same browser and windows on another machine works fine.

If browser and Windows version is the same, you might need to check other installed drivers, apps or differences in some configurations.
