Hi All,

We are trying to setup scheduling functionality in portal using the URS API, based on the below article, the output should have TimeGroupDetail in the TimeGroup entity(refer Time Slot Time Group section in the link below), for some reason, it is not returning.

Did anyone had success using the API "msdyn_searchresourceavailability"?

I have a ticket open with MS support, but just wanted check if anybody managed to use it.

https://cloudblogs.microsoft.com/dynamics365/it/2019/05/21/retrieve-resource-availability-with-universal-resource-scheduling-api/

Thanks

I have the same question (0)

Have a look at this post cloudblogs.microsoft.com/.../ It has a code example that worked for me.

Thanks for the link, i haven't tested this because the way we have done is using plug-ins/code activities, this article is talking about web resources. Retrieving the slots is working fine for me, but the issue we are facing is only when we try to update an existing appointment. Did you managed to update an existing appointment which was booked earlier?

No, I just received slots. What exactly is your issue, I didn't get that from your explanation about time groups.

    Hi Alexander,

As you said that you have received the timeslots. Can you help me with the code to retrieve timeslots using "msydn_searchresourceavailability" api?

    Thanks!

    Hi Jevan,

I am also trying plugin/Code to retrieve time slots. As you said retrieving slots is working fine for you. Can you help me out by sharing the code.

    Thanks!
