Although the shipping fast tab is on invoices, it is not on the job card. At my client site, each sub job may have a different location address that the goods need to be shipped to. Because of the time lag between building and delivering the goods, and then invoicing, it would be helpful to have that fast tab on the job card. Any ideas are appreciated.

Thanks for replying Narayan. Just to be clear, the billing address is always the same address for the job and sub jobs - it is the head office of the company. However, each job/sub job has a specific shipping address that does not change. To make it easier for the project managers to keep track of which job site is on the job, we would like to have the shipping address also on the job so that at a glance, he can see the location. Some master jobs may have up to five sub jobs and locations.
I was hoping that there was a way to make it easier for them. Any other thoughts?

When a project has multiple shipping address, When the item is sent to different location it is not advisable to have the location in the Job master. That is the reason they have given Bill to different address. While shipping is anyway done through transfer orders.
