AX 2012 Report Viewer shows no data instead a blue screen for a particular user

Hi All,

Recently, I am facing an issue with SSRS Report viewer in AX 2012 for a particular user. When the try to do print (original / copy) preview, the review viewer is loading and turns like the below screen shot. This is only happened to one particular user rest all fine (including myself).

From here, while she try to print / save to PDF(via printing option) are working as expected. I have tried to find any solution in online but didn't except one option delete and create the user account in AD. 

Need your suggestions, thanks in advance....

    Hello Vasanth Arivali,

    A first thing that you can test is resetting the usage data of the user who faces the problem.

    Thanks for your reply.

    Initially, we tried to do that but user didn't agree due to their personalize settings will gone. After your response, I made them agree and reset the usage data. It solved my issue, now user can able to see the preview in Report viewer.
