Resend email for Excluded Accounts from Campaign Activity

Dear All,

  • I had created static marketing list in D365 CRM , And based on my customer request I had initiated the email campaign activity ,
    And I see few users are pushed under the section "Excluded Accounts" .
  • Can anyone please help me in knowing why this happened and how can re-initiate the email activity for the members exists in "Excluded Accounts"

    Hi there,

    This happens when the accounts have the setting Bulk Email = Not Allowed, under the section CONTACT PREFERENCES at the Details tab.
