I'm having a problem importing some N:N Relationships into Dynamics 365 CRM. I've tried using XRM Toolbox for this which mainly works. However, here is my problem:
We have some Communication Preferences in CRM, some of which are the same name but with different Communication Types e.g.
Post Fundraising Appeals - Head Office
Post Fundraising Appeals - Other Office
In the example above the "Post Fundraising Appeals" is the Communication Preference and "Head Office / Other Office" are the Communication Types.
Because XRM Toolbox only allows me to import one Communication Preference with the same name, I'm getting the error below:
Does anyone know if there's a way around this, or whether there's another tool that would help me achieve this?
