Hi there Boubacar,

There are no direct user guides, but there are some processes described in the help files. You can find them by pressing F1/Help.

You can also find this here: technet.microsoft.com/.../hh242087.aspx

There are 1217 processes structured and described in the APQC (R3) model in the business process modeller (BPM) found on http://lcs.dynamics.com

There are some coarses distributed through the Microsoft online training. This is found on customer source or partner source (if you're a partner).
