Intententity table blocks me from importing solution in production

Hello Community,
I created a solution for Dynamics 365 Customer service in DEV and was able to import it in the test environment, but when I try to import it in production, it gave me an alert that I was missing the intententity table.
So I went back to DEV, added the intententity with all its objects, exported and imported in the test. All is good.
When I import in production, now it tells me that I have missing dependencies :

but I already added that table to DEV and test, so why isn't it working in production? I am importing the solution from the DEV export.

Plus, what is that intent table? What does it do?
I have the same question (0)
