Anyway to use a shared mailbox to send a survey?
Instead of sending an email out that says Sent on behalf of (Tenant_User) vis customer voice is there a way to have a shred mailbox send instead of the user that created the form?
Hi Dillon_Kelly - take a look at this from the D365 Customer Voice documentation. It shows how you can change the 'from' sender email address and use one from your organisations domain:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-voice/customize-sender-email
Yes, you can send a survey from a shared mailbox instead of it showing "Sent on behalf of (Tenant_User)." Here's how:
Assign "Send As" Permissions: Ensure that the user or service account has "Send As" permission for the shared mailbox via the Exchange Admin Center or PowerShell.
Set Shared Mailbox as Sender: In Microsoft Forms or Customer Voice, select the shared mailbox as the sender when configuring the email.
Send the Survey: The survey will now be sent from the shared mailbox without showing "on behalf of."
This setup ensures the survey appears as coming directly from the shared mailbox.
