WHS Picking work not "splitting" to other locations

Hello,

I have a situation where a transfer order requires fulfillment of a single item from multiple bins to meet the requested quantity. When the order is "Released to Warehouse", the system generates picking work for the quantity on hand in the first location, but doesn't create work for the second location. Note - this is only happening for batch controlled items (works fine for all my other items).

Hi HMW,

My belief is that the location directive will control whether AX will to suggest to pick from multiple locations. Since you have 'Allow split' ticked on the Location directive line, I wonder if 'FEFO Batch reservation' is responsible. What happens if you set that to None?

I also notice two things. You don't have 'Batch' on your Reservation hierarchy (I'm not sure if that's a problem or not). You have 'Lot number' on your reservation hierarchy... that's not standard, is it?
