Fin.zup deleted each time the user close NAV

Hello,

i've got a little problem with an user loosing his settings each time he close NAV

After some search, I could note that the fin.zup file, located in %appdata% was deleted wenn closing the NAV application.

We use Nav 5.0

Any suggestion?

Hi,Is Dynamics NAV installed on that PC or else are you using any citrix etc type connection to connect NAV?

In that case I would suggest login with another admin user on that PC and try to save the zup file and check weather zup file is storing or not.
